EPA shall provide a  detailed schedule for the completion of the environmental assessment and review process on all related matters (hereinafter referred to as “Environmental Impacts”) to the Joint Task  Force by April 30, 2008. This Joint Task Force recognizes that this proposed undertaking will involve the review and comment of many individuals and organizations in the communities around the Project.
